Governor Jay Nixon and Senator Claire McCaskill spoke to fellow Democrats about the party agenda and the 2010 midterm elections. Following their remarks a tribute video to Dorothy Height was shown and Democratic National Committee members conducted business. The business included the presentation of delegate selection rules for the 2012 Democratic National Convention.
