House Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Chair Cliff Stearns spoke about ways he would like to change the Federal Communication Commission's (FCC) regulatory authority. He co-sponsored a bill recently passed by the House that rejects "net neutrality," a policy that requires Internet providers to allow content providers equal access to networks.
