U.S. Air Force Brigadier General Thomas Hartman, Office of Military Commissions, announced the first military commission formal charges against an east African embassy bomber. The charges are against Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani who is accused of involvement in the attack on the United States embassy in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on August 7th, 1998. This will be a capitol case. Following their prepared remarks they answered questions from members of the audience.
