Democratic presidential nominee Gov. Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary spoke at an election eve campaign rally in Romulus, a suburb of Detroit. Surrounded by supporters bearing blue “United For Change” signs, Gov. Clinton spoke briefly to urge a change in national policies to solve the problems facing America. Gov. Clinton’s voice was reduced to a croak by a case of laryngitis.
