Democratic presidential nominee Gov. Bill Clinton spoke to supporters at a rally in Paducah on the evening before the election. Speaking at an outdoor rally surrounded by supporters including his wife and Democratic National Committee chairman Ron Brown, Gov. Clinton repeatedly asked the crowd if it wanted changes in national policies, and received a positive response from the enthusiastic crowd. Following the speech, Gov. Clinton shook hands with supporters in the crowd.
