Democratic presidential nominee Gov. Bill Clinton spoke to supporters at a campaign rally in Cobo Hall in Detroit. In his remarks, Gov. Clinton angrily took exception to several instances in which the Bush administration took credit for legislation it had opposed but that was passed by Congress. He urged the crowd to remove President Bush from office, and called for opportunity and responsibility in America.
