Eileen Claussen outlined actions the Obama administration could take to address global climate change with and without Congress. Issues included new rules on power plant emissions, fuel standards for heavy duty trucks, and improving energy efficiency at federal buildings. Topics included the role of business and prospects for international progress. Ms. Claussen was interviewed by Ms. Arroyo. Others participated from the audience.
