John Celock talked about his book, Next Generation: Young Elected Officials and Their Impact on American Politics, in which he interviewed 90 young elected leaders under the age of 35 to explore such questions as why young people run for office, the personal obstacles they face, and the effect of age on policy-making. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
