Victims' relatives, local, state and national government officials, and others gathered at the Myriad convention center to remember the 168 victims who died in the bombing of the Murrah federal building on 19 April 1995. The speakers focused on the tragedy of the situation and its binding effect on Oklahomans and the nation as a whole. Then, religious leaders read Bible passages and led numerous prayers. A choir provided musical interludes accompanied by a symphony orchestra. close
