The Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Burlington. The involves the privacy rights and the strip search policies of jails. Albert Florence was wrongfully arrested in 2005 for an unpaid fine and taken to two different jails and strip searched at each one and released six days later after all charges were dropped.
