Mr. Chambrin talked about his experiences in serving Presidents Bush and Clinton. He said that the Bushes let him create new dishes and were eager to try them, but that Mrs. Clinton asked him to create a much healthier menu. This led to his resignation only a few months after President Clinton’s inauguration. He also narrated an extensive slide presentation of his time in the White House.
