Ricardo Alonso-Zaldivar talked about national health care spending. According to a new report released by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in 2012 health care spending as a part of the U.S. economy decreased for the first time since 1997. Health care costs still rose 3.7 per cent but were down as a share of the economy. Although the Affordable Care Act expands coverage to many Americans who had not been able to afford it, out-of-pocket costs can still be so high that some would have hard time staying out of debt. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
