Mr. Stone spoke about campaign financing, especially congressional campaigns. He focused on how to raise funds for non-incumbents from both political action committees and individuals and how individual contacts can lead to political action committee contacts. He also stressed that fund raising is pointless without a campaign strategy which guides the use of the money. After his remarks, he took questions from the audience of students.
