Former Vice President Quayle was interviewed by WMUR-TV and announced that Mr. Lamontagne would be his New Hampshire campaign chair. He said that he would decide in 1999 whether or not he will seek the Republican nomination for president. He also spoke to supporters at the New Hampshire Institute of Art in Manchester.
