Panels of representatives from Republican and Democratic presidential campaigns analyzed the Iowa caucuses. Representatives from the Hunter, McCain, and Huckabee campaigns participated in the Republican forum. Strategists from the Dodd, Obama, Biden, Clinton, Richardson, and Edwards campaigns participated in the Democratic forum immediately following. The panelists discussed plans for Iowa and their candidates' positions on issues considered relevant to Iowa voters. They also responded to questions from members of the audience. Chris Dorsey moderated.

This was the seventh in a series of “Cookies and Conversation” forums about Iowa’s political process co-sponsored by IowaPolitics.com and Drake University. Audience members were treated to free cookies at the event held in Levitt Hall in Old Main on the Drake campus. close
