The grand prize winner of C-SPAN’s 2011 Student Cam competition, Carl Colglazier’s “The Great Compromise,” was announced. He is an 8th grader from Cary, North Carolina. A portion of his film was shown along with a clip of Carl being told that he had won the competition. C-SPAN’s Pam McGorry talked about the contest and some of the other winners.
