Herman Cain used his appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference(CPAC) to endorse Joe “the Plumber” Wurzelbacher for Senate in Ohio. Speaking in Washington, Mr. Cain also said he dropped out of the presidential race because of “gutter politics and for family.”
