Robert Kaufman talked about his book, In Defense of the Bush Doctrine, published by University Press of Kentucky. Mr. Holmes commented on the book. Professor Kaufman talked about President Bush’s foreign policy and argued that pre-emptive war is defensible when fighting terrorism. After their presentations the participants responded to audience members' questions.
