On the fifth anniversary of terrorist attacks on the U.S., Former President Clinton spoke about the impact of the September 11, 2001 attacks and subsequent events in the Middle East. In his remarks he stressed the need for cooperation and mutual understanding among adversaries in formulating long-term policies for peace and prosperity for all parties in the Middle East.
