Republican presidential candidate Buddy Roemer announced his “Made in America” jobs plan outside the Chinese embassy in Washington, D.C. He called for an end to unfair trade practices and the elimination of the foreign tax credit. He criticized the jobs plan of President Obama, saying the president wants to “spend hundreds of millions of dollars retraining unemployed workers. Retraining them for what?
