Richard Brookhiser was interviewed about his book What Would the Founders Do?: Our Questions, Their Answers, published by Perseus Books Group. He speculated about how the Founding Fathers would respond to current issues such as the English-only debate, immigration, the novel Moby Dick, politicians, free trade, women’s rights, terrorism, gay marriage, and federalism. Mr. Brookhiser wrote that the Founding Fathers faced similar public policy questions but approached them from a different moral perspective. He was interview by Professor Splaine, emeritus professor of education policy and leadership at the University of Maryland.
