Senator Bingamin opened a forum on trade issues in North America. He was followed by two panels which examined cross-boarder trade, free trade policies, and commerce on both the Mexican and Canadian borders. The panel on U.S.-Mexico trade consisted of mayors from border cities, and the panel on U.S.-Canada trade consisted or Canadian members of Parliament. They responded to questions from the audience. close
