The panelists discussed how to allocate time, money, energy and resources in biotechnology. They talked about how to decide what disease to deal with first. Biotechnology can give information about a person’s physical health, and perhaps when that person will die or get a certain disease. This information causes ethical questions of how to use this technology. Selective implantation and screening of a human embryo also was discussed and the ethical problems this causes.
