Senators McCain (R-AZ), Graham (R-SC), and Ayotte (R-NH) reacted to a State Department report on the September 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libys, in which Ambassador Chris Stevens and thee other Americans were killed. The previous day senior officials told Congress that the State Department would implement all of the report’s recommendations in an effort to improve diplomatic security, including more U.S. Marines at high risk posts and increased funding. close
