Senators John McCain (R-AZ), Lindsay Graham (R-SC) and Kelly Ayotte (R-CT) repeated their calls for the establishment of a temporary select committee to investigate the attacks on the U.S. consulate in Libya. Senator McCain stated that General Petraeus' testimony to the House and Senate Intelligence committees later in the week would be important.
