Secretary of State Colin Powell spoke to university students and European Parliament interns on U.S.-Europe relations. He also took questions from the students on the war in Iraq and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This is his last visit to Europe as Secretary of State. President Bush has scheduled a European trip for February.
