Tim McGrath talked about his book John Barry: An American Hero in the Age of Sail. Commodore John Barry has been known as “the father of the American Navy.” Mr. McGrath talked about the life and times of John Barry and the role of the Navy in the American Revolution. He also responded to questions from members of the audience in the church where Captain Barry was married.
