Larry Summers spoke at the 2014 Export-Import Bank Conference in Washington, D.C. Mr. Summers talked about the economy, the deficit and education. Export-Import Bank President Fred Hochberg delivered introductory remarks. Mr. summers said that people are too concerned with the deficit and should instead be concerned with broader economic growth. The Export-Import Bank provides financial backing to foreign companies buying U.S.-made goods. close
