Literary scholars and personal associates discussed the literary legacy of Ayn Rand in U.S. literature and culture in a panel discussion titled, "What Is Living and What Is Dead in the Philosophy of Ayn Rand?". They examined such issues as Rand’s objectivist philosophy and her argument for many libertarian principles. They also took questions from the audience. Ayn Rand is the author of many works, including The Fountainhead, Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal and Virtue of Selfishness.
