Literary scholars and personal associates discussed the literary legacy in U.S. literature and culture of Ayn Rand in a panel discussion titled, “What Is Living and What Is Dead in the Philosophy of Ayn Rand?” They examined such issues as Rand’s objectivist philosophy and her argument for many libertarian principles. They also took questions from the audience. Ayn Rand is the author of many works, including “The Fountainhead,” "Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal) and “Virtue of Selfishness.” close
