The committee meets to continue hearing articles of impeachment against Judge Alcee L. Hastings of Florida. In this session William Borders receives a court order from earlier in the year granting immunity and also a copy of the order of the district court directing his appearance and testimony. Borders insists on not submitting new testimony on the basis that a full judiciary quorum is not present. He restates his previous declaration of July 27, 1989 as a response to any and all questions.
