Mitchell Bard argues that while the Israel lobby is often charged with overly influencing U.S. foreign policy goals in the Middle East, the real power lies with the Arab lobby. This lobby, he says, is made up of oil companies, U.S. diplomats, members of congress, Middle East-funded think tanks, and professors who push for policies that benefit Arab states. He spoke at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. close
