Ward Connerly, appearing by remote access from Sacramento, CA, and Shanta Driver, appearing from Detroit, talked about Anti-Affirmative Action amendments: measure 46 on the ballot in Colorado and measure 424 in Nebraska. They responded to telephone calls and electronic mail. Mr. Connerly supports the amendments, and Ms. Driver opposes them. This program is part of a week-long C-SPAN focus on some of the major state ballot initiatives in the 2008 election.
