The Heritage Foundation hosted a panel of experts including executve members of the Heritage Foundation and the associate counsel to the White House, Peter Keisler. The panelists discussed the judicial philosophy and beliefs of Judge Anthony Kennedy, a nominee to be an associate justice to the Supreme Court.
