Jack Buffington talked about his book An Easy Out: Corporate America’s Addiction to Outsourcing, published by Praeger Publishers. In his book Mr. Buffington explains the role of outsourcing in business today. He says that companies are using outsourcing too often as an easy out for their problems instead of examining the potential causes, such as a lack of productivity and innovation. Mr. Buffington showed slides during his presentation. Afterwards, he responded to questions from members of the audience. close
