General Tommy Franks (Ret.) talks about his autobiography American Soldier, published by Regan Books. He also talked about the conduct of operations in Iraq, relations between the political and military officials conducting the war, and his views of the potential impact of the operations in the region. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
