Representatives John Dingell, Keith Ellison, and Frank Wolf testified at a Homeland Security hearing on the threat of radicalization among U.S. Muslims. Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison became emotional during his testimony as he recalled a Muslim American first responder who died on September 11, 2001 but was suspected of involvement in the terrorist attacks after his death. Congressman Ellison is the first Muslim American elected to Congress and denounced the hearing warning that it could increase suspicion of law enforcement in the Muslim community. close
