Historian Joseph Ellis talked about his book American Creation: Triumphs and Tragedies at the Founding of the Republic, published by Knopf. Joseph Ellis discussed his book with Richard Brookhiser on stage at the New York Historical Society in New York City. He also responded to questions from members of the audience.
