Following oral arguments before the Supreme Court in the Case of Utah v. Evans, attorneys spoke to reporters about the arguments in the case involving a dispute over Census data and reapportionment which led to the addition of one Congressional district in North Carolina and the loss of a district in Utah.

Oral arguments in the case of Whitmire v. Arizona were heard by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The plaintiff in the case was challenging the policy of the Arizona Department of Corrections banning same-sex kissing during prison visitation.
