In a speech recognizing his country’s national nuclear technology day, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad talked about the advances in the country’s nuclear program and criticized the new strategic arms treaty just signed by the U.S. and Russia, calling it a big lie. He recently unveiled a third generation of centrifuges that he sold for as many as six of his country’s nuclear plants.
