Former Senate Majority Leaders Tom Daschle and Bob Dole release a report calling for a new bipartisan agricultural policy. The report called for expanded American farm markets, an end to farm subsidies, development of crops as alternative fuel sources, bipartisan cooperation on future solutions to agriculture problems. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
