Members of the Post-Conflict Reconstruction Project talked about their new report, “Breaking Point: Measuring Progress in Afghanistan.” They found that public expectations for safety are not being met in Afghanistan and the opportunity for a moderate, democratic state could soon be lost. They responded to questions from the audience.
