Daniel Usner talked about the interactions between President Adams and Native Americans. Topics included how President Adams was overshadowed by Presidents Washington and Jefferson, President Adams' thoughts on Native American affairs, and the often contradictory shifts in his perception of the Native American tribes. Following his remarks, Professor Usner answered questions from members of the audience.
