Representative Dennis Kucinich talked about the lawsuit he and a bipartisan House coalition filed against the Obama administration over U.S. military operations in Libya. Members of the group contend that President Obama violated Article 1, Section 8, Claus 11 of the Constitution when he ordered at attack against the country without congressional approval. Representative Kucinich also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
