Mr. Limbaugh argued that the Clinton Administration used the Justice Department as an instrument with which to aggrandize power and advance their political agenda. He criticized Janet Reno for politicizing the law, and illustrated his argument with references to specific issues such as Waco, Elian Gonzalez, and the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
