Leo Pfeifer’s A Sleeping Giant was one of the high school West Division second prize-winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest. He was a 10th grader at Ballard High School in Seattle, Washington.

C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. In the 2014 contest, participants were asked, “What’s the most important issue Congress should consider in 2014?”
