The Third Circuit Judicial Conference held an open discussion on the United States Constitution in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the document. Members of the panel included Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, the dean of Columbia University Law School, and federal judges from a U.S. District Court and the ninth circuit of U.S Court of Appeals. Each panelist gave their unique perspective on the Constitution and then the panel as a whole responded to questions from the audience. close
