Witnesses included two panels: The first was Representative Dave McCurdy (D-OK) and Representative Michael McNulty (D-NY). The second panel included Monte Belger, associate administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration and Clayton McManaway, associate coordinator for counterterrorism, State Department.
