Republican representatives spoke to reporters about the impact of flight delays as a result of sequestration budget cuts to the Federal Aviation Administration. House Republican Conference Chair Cathy McMorris-Rodgers called on the Obama administration and the FAA to end the flight delays. House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Bill Shuster said the FAA had the flexibility to avoid employee furloughs.
