Nicholson has been arrested and charged with passing top secret information, such as the identity of new agents, to the Russians. He was arrested at Dallas International Airport while on his way to Switzerland. They also highlighted this case as an improvement in cooperation between the FBI, the CIA and the Department of Justice since the Aldrich Ames case in 1994.
