Upon his arrival in San Diego for the second presidential debate, Mr. Dole spoke to supporters at a rally at the Broadway Street pier behind a lectern with the slogan, “It’s Your Money.” Mr. Kemp contrasted the Dole and Clinton agendas on various issues of particular interest to Californians. In his remarks, Dole focused on his differences with President Clinton on a variety of issues. He also promised to be more aggressive in the second presidential debate.
